These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Site. They do not govern the use of Firefly’s payment services, APIs, sandbox or dashboards. Those services are provided only under a separate written agreement between Firefly and a business customer (a “Services Agreement”). If there is a conflict between these terms and a Services Agreement, the Services Agreement prevails.
By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
The Site describes Firefly’s products, coverage and operating model for general information only. Market coverage, payment rails, onboarding times, integration timelines and other figures shown on the Site are indicative and may change. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services, a guarantee of availability in any market, or financial, legal or tax advice. Availability of any service depends on onboarding, KYB checks, applicable regulation and the terms of a Services Agreement.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, the Firefly name and logo, are owned by or licensed to Firefly. Third-party names and logos shown on the Site, including those of payment schemes and networks, belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the networks Firefly connects to; their display does not imply endorsement. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own internal business purposes. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firefly makes no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including its accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firefly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
